Realtime Solutions provides the customer a managed consultancy service focused on the planning and management of Institutional space.
This service is provided to those who have an interest in the provision of space appropriate to meet the needs of the institution(s). In the past this has included Architectural firms, those firms involved with Public Private Partnerships (PPP) and directly to Universities.
In providing this service, a staged process is followed involving gathering, analysing, reporting, meeting and presenting information.
At the beginning of each project, a project plan will be outlined detailing the process required and the outputs to be delivered. The activities outlines will be scheduled to fit into the Customer's deadlines.
Realtime Solutions guarantee a flexible approach to ensure that the customer receives timely and accurate information. From experience, this is the most important issue in establishing a close working relationship with the customer.

Space Utilisation study through comparison of timetable and survey data.
Strategic guidance report on how current space could be used more effectively though delivery of a interactive software model.
Review of current timetabling methodology with advice on how procedures and/or software could be enhanced.
Provision of software reorganisation model allowing institution to re-model space.
Provision of software for purposes of course and examination timetabling.
