An important aspect of our approach is the development of a partnership in addressing and meeting the client's needs. From the outset, verbal and written feedback will be provided on a regular basis until an agreed conclusion is met.
A project plan will be delivered detailing what the Client can expect in terms of time and work commitment. Issues not detailed within the plan which arise will be dealt with on a case per case basis e.g. attendance of ad hoc meetings will be made where possible. The Company understands the nature of this type of project often requires a flexible approach.
The overall aim is to develope a professional relationship where excellent communication prevails throughout the lifecycle of the project. Indeed the majority of the work taken on by the company comes from existing clients.
